Engineering Program Manager

  • Develop and refine technical requirements in collaboration with subject matter expert (talent pool/Engineering crowd), Surcle Customers (Project Owners/Sponsors) and Internal teams.
  • Build subject matter expertise in your area and stay up to date on technological development
  • Perform GAP Analysis on Project definition from Surcle Customers.
  • Prioritize roadmap and milestones for projects
  • Develop Project artifacts such as SOW, Work breakdown structure, Gantt Charts etc.
  • Execute the project roadmap and track the progress of deliverable and milestones.
  • Cross-functional collaboration with Business Development and Customer Success Team.


Must Haves

  • Past experience in certain types of projects (Robotics, Medical Devices,Electronics, Aerospace, etc.)
  • Familiarity with technical protocols in such industries
  • Familiarity with regulatory compliance in such industries
  • Extensive and proven cross-functional team leadership experience
  • Hands on experience with CAD applications (AutoCAD, Solidworks, Catia, Orcad, MentorGraphics, etc.) and engineering drawings and 3D models
  • Strong project management skills and experience with Project Management Tools (Jira,Asana, MS Project).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills
  • Bachelor’s degree in Science, Engineering, or other technical field and 5+ years of relevant experience in one or more of the following functional areas, including product development, manufacturing, and operations.

  • MBA
  • Active tech community membership (IEEE, ASME, Robohub, Arduino Forum, DJI Forum,Raspberry Pi community, etc.)
  • Extensive knowledge of the Manufacturing process of technology product.
